Incident was confirmed resolved by cloudflare at 2pm central time

Problème signalé

At 1pm Central time, our infrastructure provider cloudflare experienced issues routing IPv4 traffic:

https://www.cloudflarestatus.com/incidents/jnj1y9f5c1r8

This caused most requests to the channel API to fail. The issue was resolved as of about 2pm Central and we are seeing traffic route normally.
